Workshop on 8th October,2026
Green Fields School, Safdarjung Enclave, celebrated a Bag-Free Day for Class VI as students visited the British Council Library, New Delhi, for an enriching “Take Ten to Read” workshop conducted by the British Council Library. Two authors, Aditi and Isha, interacted with the students and encouraged them to explore the joy of reading. The initiative aimed to bring together readers from countries such as India, Nepal and Malaysia on Reading Day, with the vision of creating a Guinness World Records achievement.
The students read different books for ten minutes and shared their thoughts. They also enjoyed a creative activity on “What makes me happy and what makes me sad.”
The students were also delighted to receive goody boxes.
It was a joyful and enriching experience for students.
